GROW VISION 3-Day Breakthrough Strategy Intensive

What to Expect: These three, full-day sessions are designed to focus on the most critical strategic initiatives concerning your organization and accountability. This intensive provides the opportunity to grow your vision, remove the barriers in the way, and design a breakthrough strategy that will be ready to launch when you leave. Preparation for this course will include a pre-course coaching session to design and draft your breakthrough strategy. A follow up coaching session will also be scheduled to ensure the strategy is launched.

Intended Outcomes:

• Create a 1-3-year business strategy, including a clear vision, desired results, and action plan for what would be incredible to make happen, versus the predictable trajectory your business is currently on

• Invent new thinking and pathways consistent with your new strategy/vision/results

• Create a new paradigm of performance, after clearing the slate of what “you know to be true” about your business, the market, customers, etc.
